update for security/osv-scanner to the latest version 2.0.2

- Update Makefile, distinfo and modules.inc for this version
- Makefile: add step for 'do-test' => some tests fail because trying to use network for requests (get infos for CVE).

Build OK on current/amd64 with Go version 1.24.3.
