Ports build machines share distfiles, and are not in-sync with builds
(some take a few days to build - some take months), so if the distfile
changes, the filename as saved in distfiles needs to change too.
You can use
DISTFILES = ${DISTNAME}-1{${DISTNAME}}.tar.gz
and regen distinfo.
