portcheck just does a few basic checks of things that are fairly
common (it occasionally gets some things wrong too).
generally it's a good idea to compare with existing similar ports
and compare what you're doing with what they're doing (and if it's
been a while since you first started the port, check again, things
do change in ports-land).
