Can someone take care of vi(1), please?

To the OpenBSD developers,

Except the last one from Jerry, I've tested and been using the following
diffs for a while. It won't take you long to review them.

These four are from Jerry Fletcher:

I have all these patches on my machine. To make the work even easier
for whoever is willing to review them, you can ask me in private for a

By the way. The first from Jerry Fletcher is also pending on nvi2
github:

It was me who let Zhihao Yuan (nvi2 maintainer) know about this diff, I
also sent him an adaptation of Jerry's patch. And I have no problem
doing the same with the rest of the patches. It seems that Zhihao
accepts patches only if they have been accepted by big projects,
especially FreeBSD.
