good luck with exposure limiting. What I've learned by operating
my own email servers on my own domain since 1998 is that bigtechs
and corporate mail systems (dominated by bigtech-backed solutions
essentially) are more-and-more eager to spam-flag or just block
my emails (while at the same time they consider @gmail.com or AWS
SES originated mails safe and spam free). For me it is time to
accept that the Internet is dead and what's there is a few
bigtech ecosystems.

a paranoid option could be to install your favourite browser in a
VM and use it from that. Iridium has pledge & unveil AFAIK. I
tried to use Seamonkey for awhile, but most of "modern Internet"
refuses to work with it (your browser is too old, get an update
kind of crap). emacs-w3m and dillo are both AI-safe, but their
usage is limited these times (that being said I actually use
emacs-w3m quite often for some subset of websites I tend to visit
and know they work with it).
