backup script and disk failure

Hello everyone,

I have a small problem.. backups and disk fail since a while.

When I launch my backup script:
http://gaox.io/l/backup-prb1

At the reboot:
http://gaox.io/l/backup-prb2

Fixing disk:
http://gaox.io/l/backup-prb3

The error is reoccuring in the same manner.
Partitition and path problem same.
fsck acts over the fs but seems to fail.

It is a feedback, but as I'm on solve it after days I wait also for suggestion for the best proc to fix things.
