Since Windows 10 I have to explicitly allow microphone access in the
privacy settings for apps, and my Lenovo L16 also has a BIOS setting in
it's security options to toggle microphone access.Have you looked over
there? I'm not familiar with legion series.
Is your built-in mic working?
