does anyone have an explanation/diagnosis for this? the kernel reordering appears to finish (per log), and the system reboots. it is an encrypted disk, big root partition, no swap. the machine has 16GB RAM.
this is a hardware-compat-test install on a usb pendrive on an acer swift 3. after i get the nic running, ill be able to scp over logfiles and dmesg etc.
