I think it makes sense to follow whatever upstream does. Currently,
Tor Browser uses the tor daemon. If upstream changes it to start using
Arti, it makes sense for Tor Browser on OpenBSD too. But not before.

Apparently there is a way to use Arti instead of the tor daemon
with Tor Browser. It is documented here:
https://arti.torproject.org/integrating-arti/using-tor/
You can try that out if you want.
