Thanks Martin. For the record, the subject of this thread is wrong. The
workaround added with this patch *does not* set cal:calendar-timezone to
a VTIMEZONE object. Instead, it fixes the retrieval of the timezone when
expanding recurrences by creating a DateTimeZone object from the string.

I've committed this now.
