update x11/dwm to 6.8

Hi,

this is a simple update of x11/dwm to 6.8.

Some testing on amd64. No issues found.
portcheck, and 'make port-lib-depends-check' are happy.

In addition to the other updates, this fixes a regression introduced in
6.7. [1]
