[maintainer update] getmail 6.19.10 -> 6.19.12

This patch updates getmail from 6.19.10 to 6.19.12.

Our last change went upstream so patch is removed.

In the patch for getmails I removed the $ in the regexp, so we can use
parameters to getmails. (e.g. -p for parallel fetching of multiple
mailboxes)

Tested on amd64.
