[update] Lagrange to 1.20.9

Hi, this is a simple update for Lagrange to 1.20.9. Some testing done on amd64. No issues found. portcheck and 'make port-lib-depends-check' are happy. One highlight is: - Ask SDL to use the Wayland video backend when running on a Wayland display. (This should fix rendering glitches on KDE Plasma.) Feedback from Wayland users welcome.
