anki-2.1.16p9 error when adding note type

Hi, The error is caused because `aqt/models.py` refers to `collections.Callable` instead of `collections.abc.Callable`. The old version of Anki was probably for an older Python where `Callable` was not moved yet. I did not find any other problematic import of `collections`. The following is a diff of the change that I made in-place.
