Remove security/p5-Crypt-OpenPGP?

The list of dependencies of this port is full of primitives nobody should ever (need to) use nowadays. We could get rid of a few of these museum pieces (such as p5-Crypt-DSA{,-GMP} or p5-Crypt-Twofish) if we drop this port.
