I tested it on the 4 supported arch and noticed that MACHINE_ARCH instead of ARCH was needed for aarch64 and on sparc64 the jar arch does not match either ARCH or MACHINE_ARCH. So a custom ARCH is needed as follows: JAR_ARCH = ${MACHINE_ARCH:S/sparc64/sparcv9/} SUBST_VARS+= JAR_ARCH with do-install and PLIST using ${JAR_ARCH}. With that final tweak, ok kurt@ after unlock. > > On Sat, Oct 3, 2026 at 2:02 AM Kurt Miller <lists@intricatesoftware.com> wrote: > On Oct 2, 2026, at 3:27 PM, Sebastian Reitenbach <sebastia@l00-bugdead-prods.de> wrote: > > > > This is the cleaned-up, updated version, installing the .jars in $MODJAVA_JAR_DIR > > It's needed dependency for Autopsy. > > > > obviously, for after unlock. > > > > any testing, feedback etc. welcome. > > > > I took a brief look at the Makefile and have some suggestions.
