Hmm, MODPHP_VERSION is 7.0 on 6.4. Thus this update fails to run with

This version of Nextcloud requires at least PHP 7.1
You are currently running 7.0.33. Please update your PHP version.

How do I fix that (other than upgrading to 6.5) ?
