zsh $OSTYPE is openbsd6.7 on -current due to no REVISION bump

I don't know if it's a big deal, but I just noticed that my zsh shell's
$OSTYPE variable on my -current system still says openbsd6.7 and not
openbsd6.8.

This is due to the package signature not changing since the release of
OpenBSD 6.8. My installed zsh package has therefore not been updated to
reflect the change to this built-in variable.

Forcing an update to the package fixes this, but I'm wondering if it
would have been an idea to bump the REVISION of the port for the new
OpenBSD release?

This may possibly also affect other packages that record the OS release
in a user-accessible variable or similar place.

It's a minor issue for me as I can use "uname -r" instead.
