What is the contents of your /etc/rc.d/rspamd file? It should include
lines like:

   daemon="/usr/local/bin/rspamd"
   daemon_flags="-u _rspamd -g _rspamd"

Also, did you remember to enable the service with "rcctl enable rspamd"
